Mushroom Symphony

Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 300g mixed wild mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  4. Toss cooked spaghetti with sautéed mushrooms and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve garnished with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
