Mushroom Symphony
Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 300g mixed wild mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 100ml olive oil
- 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Method
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with sautéed mushrooms and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.
